Return Policy

General:
 

Please see the individual return policies regarding your unique situation. Please note that returns will not be accepted without an RMA. An RMA can be submitted below. Thank you for your understanding.
 

Returns for Undamaged Items:
 

Brown's Woodworking and Signs will accept returns for all undamaged items within 30 days of the purchase date.  This does not apply for special order products and personalized signs and engravings. The buyer is responsible for any return shipping charges and a 15% restock fee will apply. A refund will be issued within 2 business days of receiving the product minus any fees. Please reach out to support for return instructions.
 

Returns for Workmanship Defects:
 

In the event there is a defect in workmanship, the item will be repaired/replaced at no additional cost within 30 days of the purchase date. After providing pictures of the defect, a prepaid label will be provided to send the product back for repair or replacement. Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis IF the customer does not wish to send the product back. ***In the event that it is determined that the defect is a result of mishandling the item will not be eligible for free return/replacement. The product may be shipped back for repair at the buyer's expense***

 

Returns for Damaged Items:

 

Returns for damaged items resulting from mishandling or abuse of the item will not be accepted. If the product arrived from the shipper damaged please reach out to us. We will work with you on repair/replacement and make a claim with the carrier for reimbursement.  ***In the event that it is determined that the defect is a result of mishandling the item will not be eligible for free return/replacement. The product may be shipped back for repair at the buyer's expense***

Returns for Special Order Products:
 

Brown's Woodworking and Signs will accept returns for custom orders that aren't personalized with laser/CNC engravings.  Custom orders are made to the specifications of the buyer and may not appeal to other buyers making it more difficult to find another buyer.  For this reason the following terms apply.  The buyer is responsible for return shipping if applicable.  Brown's Woodworking  can provide pick up for the item if it is was originally delivered, for a fee. The buyer will be refunded their purchase price minus the prepaid deposit amount or 40% of the total purchase price whichever is greater.

Returns for Personalized Engravings and Signs:
 

Brown's Woodworking and Signs does not accept returns for orders that are personalized with custom laser/CNC engravings.  Workmanship defects and other non-buyer related damage will still be addressed.
